This includes plastics, steering systems, wiring devices, ducting solutions, and much more. Their vision is to improve the quality of life and the environment through reliable, efficient, and safe power management technologies. Their broad product and services mix is grounded in responsible supply chain sourcing of materials, commitment to environmental stewardship, and sustainable strategies. Eaton's 2030 goal is to have all their manufacturing sites zero waste-to-landfill certified.

Humanscale

Humanscale is a manufacturer of ergonomic office tools that includes self-adjusting seating, sit/stand desks, keyboard systems, and lighting. They base the design of their products off the philosophy that good design achieves more with less. As a result, function, simplicity, longevity, and sustainability are at the core of their designs. Humanscale incorporates environmental solutions into their mission by both minimizing negative impacts and working to produce significant positive contributions – aiming to create an overall Net Positive impact on the Earth.

MIT Sloan School of Management

MIT Sloan School of Management and SHINE are partnered to lead the way in sustainability. Together, we aim to combine Sloan's drive for leadership in business with SHINE's drive for sustainability and Net Positive impact, believing that this can foster environmentally-positive initiatives and innovation projects. 

Morton Salt

Morton Salt is a salt supply company that provides services such as road and sidewalk deicing, food manufacturing, water softening, pool salting, and more. Morton is most known for its iconic Morton Salt Girl, who remains on the classic iodized salt container found in homes everywhere. Morton has over 20 production facilities across the U.S., Canada, and the Bahamas. Despite its large influence on the industry, Morton remains committed to minimizing the impact that its businesses have on the environment. To do this, Morton seeks alternative energy programs, stays current with new regulations, and extends help to communities across the nation.

SIG

SIG develops aseptic packaging to deliver food and beverages to consumers across the world in a safe, sustainable, and affordable way. SIG's philosophy of doing "Way Beyond Good", their approach to positive work, flows into their concept of "The Perfect Package". The Perfect Package helps customers innovate differentiated products, build smarter filling plants, and develop creative interactive packs of the future. SIG aims to be net positive by having sustainable packaging solutions, improving energy efficiency, and by working with others such as SHINE to find solutions. 

Spin

Spin, a Forb Mobility subsidiary, operates a dockless electric scooter sharing system in cities and campuses throughout the United States. Their core team is comprised of engineers, designers, operators, lawyers, and public policymakers. They're transforming communities by offering accessible, affordable, and environmentally-friendly forms of personal mobility. Spin is driven by a "theory of change", including changing our mindsets and narratives as a method of fostering positive change. 

Stickbulb 

Stickbulb constructs lighting fixtures made of sleek wooden beams and various steel hardware. They choose to use reclaimed and sustainably sourced woods as primary building material, and sourced energy-efficient LED technologies and components. With minimalist, sustainable, and innovative approaches to architecture and lighting, Stickbulb provides high-quality and appealing products that are designed with the least number of parts possible and connections, making the pieces easy to separate for maintenance, recycling, or reuse.
